Orders and shipping
How long until my order arrives?
Everything is printed to order. Printing takes about 2–5 business days, then shipping takes another 3–8 business days.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is free on every order within the U.S.
Do you ship outside the U.S.?
Not yet. For now we ship to addresses in the United States only.
How do I track my order?
When your order ships, we email you a tracking link. If tracking hasn't moved for 10 business days, or it says delivered and you can't find it, email us with your order number and we'll sort it out with the carrier.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders go to print quickly, so we can't promise a change once it's placed. Email us right away and we'll do our best.
What if I typed my address wrong?
Email us as soon as you notice. If the order hasn't shipped yet, we'll try to update it.
Sizing and care
How do the shirts fit?
All apparel is unisex. The standard tee (Bella+Canvas 3001) has a classic fit and runs true to size. The long sleeve (Comfort Colors 6014) is relaxed and a little boxy. The hoodie (Gildan 18500) is roomy. If you're between sizes, size up for a looser fit. Every product page has a size chart with measurements.
What about hats and beanies?
Trucker hats and beanies are one size. The trucker has a foam front, a mesh back and an adjustable snap closure.
How should I wash it?
Turn it inside out, wash cold, and tumble dry low or hang dry. Don't iron over the print. Mugs are microwave and dishwasher safe.
Will the colors look exactly like the photos?
Very close, but screens vary, so the printed colors can look slightly different.
Returns
Can I return or exchange something?
Because each item is made just for you, we can't take returns or exchanges for a change of mind or the wrong size, so please check the size chart on the product page before you order.
What if it arrives damaged, misprinted or wrong?
Email us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the problem, and we'll make it right. You don't need to send the item back.
Payment
How can I pay?
Checkout runs on Stripe and takes major credit and debit cards, plus Apple Pay or Google Pay where your device supports them. We never see your card details.
Do you charge sales tax?
Sales tax is added at checkout where it applies, based on your shipping address.
The Haze Match
What is the Haze Match?
Sometimes we draw a design two ways and let you pick the one that stays. Both versions are on sale while the vote is open, so nobody has to wait.
How do I vote?
Pick a version and confirm your email. One vote per person per matchup, and your vote counts once you've confirmed.
Do I have to buy anything to vote?
No. Voting is free.

No. We make clothing and mugs with a 420 twist: original designs for laid-back people with good taste. The site is for adults 21 and older.
