These terms cover using 420thread.com and buying from 420Thread. 420Thread is a sole proprietorship based in New York. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them. We sell clothing, not cannabis.

Who can use the site

420thread.com is for adults 21 and older. By using it or ordering, you confirm you're 21 or older.

How voting works

• In each round, every design on the ballot has two illustrated versions. You can vote for one version per design, once per round. Votes count after you confirm your email.
• When a round closes, the version with the most confirmed votes is the winner. We may set aside votes that look automated or fake.
• Winners are added to the shop. Voting helps us decide, but a vote isn't an order, and we may change, delay or skip a product (for example, if it can't be printed well).
• From time to time we may offer limited releases, such as a close runner-up. Any limits will be stated on the product page.

Orders and payment

• Prices are in U.S. dollars. Sales tax is added at checkout where it applies.
• Payment is taken when you order. Card details go straight to our payment processor; we never see them.
• Every item is printed to order. Orders go to print quickly, so we can't promise to change or cancel one once it's placed. Email us right away and we'll try.
• We may cancel and fully refund an order if an item can't be made, a price was listed in error, or the order looks fraudulent.
• Colors on screen can differ slightly from the printed item.

Shipping

• We ship within the United States.
• Printing takes about 2–5 business days. Shipping usually takes another 3–8 business days. You'll get a tracking link by email.
• Please check your address at checkout. Orders sent to an address entered incorrectly can't be refunded, but we'll help where we can.
• If tracking hasn't moved for 10 business days, or it shows delivered and you can't find it, email us and we'll sort it out with the carrier.

Returns and replacements

Because each item is made just for you, we don't accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or the wrong size. Please check the size chart before ordering.

If something arrives misprinted, damaged or wrong, we'll replace it or refund you, at no cost to you:

• Email hello@420thread.com within 14 days of delivery.
• Include your order number and a photo of the problem.
• You don't need to send the item back.

If the design has already retired, we'll refund you instead of replacing it.

Our designs

All designs, artwork and text on 420thread.com belong to 420Thread. Buying an item lets you wear and enjoy it; it doesn't give you the right to copy or sell the designs.

Using the site

• Don't misuse the site: no automated sign-ups, fake votes, or attempts to break or overload it.
• We may remove sign-ups or votes that break these rules.
• The site is provided as-is. We work to keep it running and accurate, but we can't promise it will always be available or error-free.

Limits on our responsibility

To the extent the law allows, our total responsibility for any claim about an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer protection law.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version, and orders follow the terms in place when they were placed. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York.
